If a worksheet is not right for your students, email us within 14 daysof purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Email us with the address you used at checkout, or forward your receipt. We process refunds through Lemon Squeezy, who handle our payments, and the money typically returns to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Digital products are often sold as final sale because a file cannot be returned. We would rather you felt safe trying a set than have you hesitate over a few dollars. If a purchase was not useful to you, we would prefer to refund it.
Please do not request a refund and then keep using the worksheets. Theusage license ends when a purchase is refunded, and we would rather keep this policy generous than police it.
A PDF that will not open, prints badly, or is missing pages is a fault on our side rather than a change of mind. Email us and we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
